Inhale confidence, exhale doubt.

Zmiana przychodzi, strzeż się - Change is coming, beware.

As I watch the leaves fall, I realize how wondrous change can be.

Its funny how you can picture how you want your life; work hard to achieve it, and then watch it all fall around you. You do whatever is necessary to rebuild all that was broken, except this time your determined to make it foolproof. You even go so far to trick yourself into thinking that this was what you wanted all along. After some time, you learn accept it, and somewhere in that acceptance, you find happiness.

As years pass, you begin to enjoy this new life more and more. But you start to feel it again, the air is shifting. The world changing. You start to think about the life you once pictured, "Would I still want that life if I had the chance?" I see myself looking at it with fearful eyes. Many years I lied to myself and its made me weak. I begin to worry that I can no longer handle something that would require so much care.

Weeks have passed now, and the trees are nearly bare. All year they've hid their truth behind vibrant colors, and for a while we forgot what is really underneath. But now is the time for the truth. Now, we'll see which ones are truly great and strong.
